Gift Aid
This Government scheme allows a Charity to claim an EXTRA 25% back from HMRC on all qualifying donations. Friends of the Animals, Farm Animal Rescue Sanctuary’s prime supporter, is a registered Charity set up for Gift Aid. If you are a UK TAX PAYER, by using the PayPal link on Friends of the Animals “Sanctuary Page” they will add your donation to the funds they spend in support of Farm Animal Rescue Sanctuary AND claim the Gift Aid and add that too!
So a donation of £10.00 to the Friends of the Animals Sanctuary Fund will become £12.50 and a donation of £50.00 will become £62.50!

FOOD
Another vital way to help the sanctuary is through donating suitable food for the animals. For more details email us by clicking on the button below.
We always need:
- Any fruit or vegetables for the pigs. They especially like apples and bananas!
- Bread for the pigeons
- Cat food / treats for our 15+ resident feral cats (tinned and biscuits)

Carole Webb, founder of Farm Animal Rescue Sanctuary pledged almost thirty-five years ago, to dedicate her life to abused and unwanted farm animals. Since this time, she has taken under her wing and nurtured hundreds of animals, mostly sheep, but also pigs, chickens, wild birds, cats and rabbits, many of which live until their senior years at Woolly Park Farm.
If like Carole, you want to make a difference for farm animals, leaving a gift in your will for FARS would not only help to secure our commitment to the animals in our care, but also our determination through ongoing projects to change hearts and minds about the misconception of farm animals intelligence and emotions.
